Meeting called to order @ 7:10 pm by President.
Committee Reports:
- Secretary’s report: No secretary’s report. Prior minutes motion for approval passed. Motion by Kevin, second by Mike. Passed Unanimously
- Treasurer’s report: $2379.68. Annual dues are $10 per person
- MSS director’s report: Rita Worden – Next meeting is Sept 17, 10 am at Berome-Moore Preserve for surveying trips biologicals and re-mapping
- Foresight Editor’s Report: none
- Quartermaster’s report: Nothing Out
Old Business:
- Fall Cave-camp and Cookout (Oct 14,15) Check written by Kevin for $170 for Port-A-Potty Jeff City
- Website: Motion for Website to be accessible by user emails of members and approved non-members

- Photo Project Progress – none
- Ad Budget – Discussion – Google Ads discussed (5-10 cent per click), favorable response but no motion. Suggestion to wait until after Website access improvement
New Business:
- Attendance Fee for Cookout? Donation Box? Discussion: $170 for Port-A-Potty; Hog approx. $200. To cover part of expense, Mike suggested an at-the-door fee of $5 per person and $10 per family.
